Meet Joel Taylor · Founder
A personal health journey.
A purpose behind every sauna.
A former collegiate athlete who also spent a brief stint with the Miami Dolphins, Joel made his health a priority after a prediabetes diagnosis in 2019. His personal health journey inspired American Sauna: a way to help others create spaces where wellness becomes part of everyday life.
That purpose guides our commitment to thoughtfully selected materials and carefully researched saunas.
